The complimentary drinks were available all day and night. I found that very convenient. the location was near the train stations and dotonbori, made travel simple. massage chairs were available in the lobby, and i found them relaxing after long walks.
There are only two for the entire building.

i appreciated the complimentary soft drinks. the free coffee machine was a blessing after long days (exploring). the massage chairs in the lobby were also useful after walking a lot.

The location is excellent near the train station. Free non-alcoholic beverages were available all day. Later i enjoyed complimentary beer and drinks during a certain time slot also ice cream was offered. I appreciated the ramen available later in the evening.
The room was small it was not easy to move around inside.

I appreciated the complimentary drinks and ramen offered each evening. It was a wonderful touch. The massage chairs located in the lobby were a great way to unwind after a long day. The hotel also provided convenient access to the train station.
The room was a bit compact. it did not significantly detract from my overall experience.

It was a short walk to the Shinsaibashi subway station. This provided easy access to Namba and Umeda. The American Village was nearby, it was about a minute's walk. Shinsaibashi-suji was also within walking distance.
